SeaTrek BVI would like to ensure our network of students, parents, staff, and partners across the globe that we prioritize the safety of our students. With proper planning and preparation, we will be able to conduct safe, prosperous and FUN summer of SeaTrek voyages in the future, just as we have done for the last 20 years.

In 2021, SeaTrek BVI successfully and safely ran all of our main program BVI voyages and Explorer voyages. Pre-travel precautions and testing were required, along with wearing a mask during travel. Once onboard, health screenings were conducted to ensure a healthy trip for everyone involved. In addition, our already high cleaning standards were increased to mitigate risk.

As we plan for next summer, we will stay informed and compliant with all local and regional regulations and recommendations. You can be assured that after months of home-based and remote schooling, isolation and quarantine measures, SeaTrek BVI will be ready to engage our students in another summer filled with outdoor activity, socialization, hands-on learning, and fun!

Our SeaTrek programs are built upon the principles of TEAMWORK, PERSONAL GROWTH, and achieving COMMON GOALS. At times like these, we must rely even more on those values and work together to overcome current challenges. While governments and several local and international agencies continue to make decisions and issue guidance, we are dedicating our full attention to working with you and our BVI partners to stay updated on current events, proactive in our communications, and aware of existing and future advisories.

SeaTrek will continue to remain diligent in monitoring health and travel updates and advisories from trusted global agencies, including the Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and the U.S. Department of State (DOS), among others. We also coordinate with several on-ground BVI partners who provide the latest information from a local perspective. We encourage our SeaTrek families to stay informed by accessing the most up-to-date information available.

As we move forward, SeaTrek BVI will continue to monitor this ever-changing situation. We assure you that our COVID-19 protocols will adhere to guidelines from the WHO and CDC, as well as the BVI Government. Our planning will evolve as we gain additional information over the next few months, new research is conducted, vaccinations are administered, and travel regulations are established.
