All Star Avalon II
Cuba Explorer Voyage

SeaTrek is thrilled to offer this unique and first-of-its-kind Cuba Explorer voyage to our SeaTrek families in summer 2022. We suggest arriving Havana July 7 to spend time exploring the local sites and then see the countryside via your included motor coach from Melia Habana (Miramar Oceanfront Hotel) to board the stunning liveaboard All Star Avalon II in Jucaro on July 9 for a 8-day voyage in paradise.

Swim and dive in Cuba’s pristine waters with silky, reef, hammerhead, blacktip, lemon and nurse sharks, Goliath grouper and an abundance of fish and macro-critters. Find healthy coral reefs without traveling half-way around the world. Snorkel with crocodiles. Trips include accommodations (double stateroom), diving, tanks and weight belts, educational workshops, meals, snacks, beverages and eco adventures.

Only 18 spots available for this first ever SeaTrek Cuba Explorer Voyage! Bring your family and friends – this voyage is not limited to students and is truly one of a kind!

During your Cuba Explorer voyage, you will be guided by two of our own SeaTrek marine biologist/dive leaders. Although we do not offer scuba instruction on this voyage, you are welcome to snorkel and will be treated to some special presentations about marine wildlife and the sites you will visit.

Situated on the south side of the island of Cuba 60 miles from shore, Jardines de la Reina Marine Park (Gardens of the Queen) is an 840-square mile (2,170 km2) playground for an abundance of fish species, macro-critters, 6 species of sharks and colorful corals of all textures and shapes. The park is protected from wind and marine currents and offers a variety of dives including walls, reefs, tunnels, coral caves and canyons.

This summer adventure voyage fills fast! Don’t get left sitting on the dock. Register for this voyage or find out more by contacting Capt. Monk: 1-(877) GO SAILING (467-2454).
